2017 Sunburst Invitational


WWPSA's Sunburst Tournament is an unrestricted, New Jersey Youth Soccer-sanctioned tournament. Sunburst utilizes five different tournament sites throughout West Windsor: Mercer County Park, Conover Park, Zaitz Park, Duck Pond Park, and West Windsor Community Park. Our fields regularly receive glowing compliments from visiting teams.

2017 Final Schedule
Event Dates: June 03 - June 04, 2017

Registration Opens: Monday February 6th

Registration Closes: Monday May 1st (extended to May 9th, 2017 by popular demand)

**Teams will be accepted in GotSoccer when payment has been received** 
Sunburst has a no refund policy after the close of registration.... 
If tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather appropiate refund will be applied per policy.

Scheduling / Trainer Conflicts Accommodation Request:

We do our best to honor conflicts for your team and coaches. 

Coaches with multiple teams are our top priority regarding conflicts.

Tournament conflicts are acknowledged using the Gotsoccer

In order for conflicts to be considered we need to receive registration and payment prior to the registration deadline.

We want to assist of your team with their scheduling needs, but please remember that the chances of doing that are MUCH better if we have the information BEFORE we make the schedules.   

Requests will be made on first come basis and we will try our best to accommodate as many teams as possible

No requests will be accepted after the Registration Deadline- No exceptions 

If you do not make scheduling requests during registration, please login and make the request through GotSoccer.

If you have any questions or would like to confirm your request has been received you can email the tournament directors at

Required Email Subject Line:  [age group/gender/team name] (i.e., U11BCeltic or U12GMadrid)

 

Team Rosters: Must be uploaded / submitted through Got Soccer before registration deadline. 

 

Multiple Team Discounts:

Teams will initially pay the registration in full. Following the tournament, the discounted amount will be refunded. Please refer to FAQ page for additional information. 

 

Guest Players: 

If you know you are brining that player 100% for the tournament please add them to your roster electronically through Got Soccer. 

If it is last minute guest player change- you can correct the roster and check in Electronically. If you do not make the roster change or participate in Electronic Check In, you will be required to Check In on Friday Night June 2nd at the WW Senior Center. Please refer to the Team Check In page for additional information. 

Please bring the medical forms and cards for your guest players. The guest players must be carded by the same organization (i.e., NJYS, US Club Soccer, etc.) as teh team they are joining for the tournament.
