Thoughtful Soccer (http://www.thoughtfulsoccer.com) - An approach to coaching soccer in a way that allows players to self-teach and learn from doing. Focus on all needed skills in every practice session - this is an ideal approach for recreational soccer where teams are only together for short 10 week seasons.
Coaching Soccer 101 (http://www.coachingsoccer101.com) - Soccer coaching drills and tips for youth soccer and many other useful resources includes Android and Apple apps.
Play Great Soccer (http://www.playgreatsoccer.com) - A free subscription based site that provides tips and techniques based on the famous Conerver Dutch method of coaching.
PlaySportsTV (http://www.wwpsa.org/demosphere-playsportstv.html) - A full 10 week practice program with videos. Focuses on one skill per practice session which is not ideal for recreational teams but as many useful drills and tips. site is password protect but you can use WWPSA101 to access the Ages 4 to 6 program, WWPSA102 for the Ages 7 to 9 program and WWPSA103 for the Ages 10 and up program.
Sample Practice Plans
Weekly Practice Plans (http://www.youthsoccer101.com/Coach_Registration.html) - All recreational coaches are signed up for a practice plan email service that sends you a practice plan each week. You can sign up or change you settings for these emails by going to http://www.youthsoccer101.com/Coach_Registration.html and following the instructions. Note: Enter "West Windsor Plainsboro Soccer Association" as your club name when requested.
